Parking is FREE at the Sharonville Convention Cent Parking is FREE at the Sharonville Convention Center for Anime Ohio 2025! Parking lots are available around the building. Additional lots are available across the street. Do NOT park in the Hyatt Place parking lot (unless you are staying there) or the Queen City Racquet Club. They will tow you. The Racquet Club and other nearby locations with private parking may open their lots to the public and charge a fee. Admission to the event will take place through Entrance C of the structure. Fans parking at the rear of the building may enter Entrance E. Entrances A, B, and D will be closed. Fans may exit those doors, but not enter.

All guests will accept both cash and credit card at their booth. Most artists and exhibitors will accept credit card as well as cash. ATMs are located in the atrium near Entrance A of the venue. Additional ATMs can be located in the lobby of the Hyatt Place and the parking lot of the Queen City Racquet Club.

Then the tickets will be available at the table outside rooms 107/108, where the Maid Cafe will be hosted. The Anime Ohio 2025 Costume Contest has been sched The Anime Ohio 2025 Costume Contest has been scheduled for this year! The contest will take place on Sunday, July 13th, at 2pm. The contest itself will be held in the panel room (rooms 102-105). All contestants must register and undergo prejudging on Sunday before the contest. Contestants must report to the table of MaryMaryCosplay @marymarycosplay on Sunday from 11am to 1pm. Her table will located next to the exhibit floor stage. Judging the contest, MaryMaryCosplay will be joined by fellow cosplay guests McKenzie Shane @m.k.s__art and Tehdy B Cosplay @tehdybcosplay. An email has gone out with setup details, space assignments, initial floor designs, and other information you may need to know before, during, and after Anime Ohio 2025. This was sent to the email address you completed your registration with for Anime Ohio. If you are confirmed exhibitor for Anime Ohio and did not receive this email, please contact Zach at vendors@cincinnaticomicexpo.com. If your application is still pending or you are an exhibitor on the Waiting List, you will not receive this email yet. Just be patient. If your application is approved and your registration is completed, you will get a copy of this information packet. If you have been recently approved for a space at the show and have not completed your registration yet, then you have until your assigned deadline to complete the form and payment, or we move to the next applicant for the show.

Click on the Become A Volunteer button and complete the form! No dirty work. No heavy lifting. Meet like-minded people like yourself and have fun with all of the attendees for the weekend.
